TCT, also known as Cheetah Wolf, is a Rolling Sky editor from Vietnam. He is known for his work in arts, textures, and level optimization, though according to himself, route designing is his weak area.
Name
His brand name, TCT, derives from his real name. As for the title, it is an evolved version of the mascot "Cheetah Teddy" of Dancing Line. Originally, it evolved to "Cheetah Fox", but later years it has evolved to its current version, "Cheetah Wolf". His subtitle, Fractured Dream, is a personal title he has adopted alongside the Cheetah Wolf persona.

Career
TCT is known for being one the earliest members to have joined the Rolling Sky and Dancing Line community, and continues to publish fanmade levels to this day.
He used to have a game called "TCT's Special Collection", which was inspired by Dancing Line. However, with the popularity of the game decreasing by time, he moved on to edit Rolling Sky levels. The APKs of his levels aren't publicly available; regardless, his works are documented here.
He also started Genshin Impact and Sky: Children of the Light in early 2022, though he rarely produces content for these games on his YouTube channel.

- Despite being well-known for his Rolling Sky edits and having a notable role in Rolling Universe, TCT acknowledges that route making is not one of his strengths.
- TCT is frequently active on social media outside of school hours, though he describes himself as consistently busy.
- TCT has not yet released a Rolling Sky level he considers his best work.
- Due to difficulties with social interaction, TCT tends to keep a small social circle, ranging from very few to around a dozen people.
