RSCarlo is one of the Rhythm Join and Rolling Sky Remake level creators and is also a former active Rolling Sky Youtuber.

RSCarlo posted his first video on his channel at June 2019, the channel would only become active in January 2020, mainly posting Rolling Sky Reskins and Remodels. On August 2020, his content changed to Rhythm Join original levels, due to a stop on Rolling Sky official updates.
On October 2021, RSCarlo posted a video named "I Quit.", where he explains the reasoning why he would stop posting videos and start considering himself as not part of Rolling Sky Community, this happenend due to an argument made with some members of Rolling Lounge regarding Rolling Sky Edits.
Even though he said he would not post videos anymore, new videos have been uploaded, only in a lower frequency, and "I Quit." is now Private.
