'''Hotel City''' (mostly called ''Hotel'' or ''Osaka & AZ Hotel'') is a settlement on the Rolling Lounge SMP. Originally founded by Osaka2 and [[AZMindroma]] as a response of griefing on [[Main Island]], the settlement has seen a big growth under the influence of newer players related to Osaka2. The name "Hotel" wasn't decided by either Osaka2 or AZMindroma, instead it got called this way by NotDarkSub and MikeJollie after the base was done because the house reminded them of a hotel due to the initial building's size. Later this was adapted by both players and the base's creators. Initially, the base was just called "Osaka & AZ Hotel" or simply "Hotel", but with the drastic growth in size, the name "Hotel City" was decided to be officially used.

A player called Osaka2 was also among them, searching for a new place to settle in. On July 25th of 2021, he was accompanied by AZMindroma to plan a base built together. The discussion was held in private in order to prevent any further sabotage attempts due to the distrustful atmosphere in the server at that moment. A location was searched and among a few potential candidates, an area at around -800 -400 was chosen as the best location due to a mountain being nearby. To plan the house properly before building in survival, a way of building in creative while still staying in the server was searched, resulting in the creation of the CMP (Creative Multiplayer). After the creation of the prototype in August 1st, construction started a few days prior to August 7th, in which the first building, the Hotel was finished.
