RLWiki:Dark mode project

This project has been completed! Dark mode is supported well now.

• 
  The main page now looks great in dark mode.
• 
  Infoboxes and navboxes are perfectly readable.
• 
  The logo will now invert itself on dark mode

This project's goal is to make the RL Wiki dark mode friendly. This requires modification of the CSS of various templates.

The main page's dark mode is substantially broken.

Infoboxes and navboxes are still readable, but not in dark mode.
