April 5, 2024, also known as 4/5/24 or 4/5, was the date of a major Rolling Lounge drama.

The catalyst was AftonIvolvery pinging AZMindroma, questioning him in the Rolling Sky Chat about the allegations that he and Quil are dating. This caused AZ to freak out and leave the server. This set the staff on alert and made them shut down Rolling Sky Chat temporarily. A substitute chat (#temp-rolling-sky-chat) was created, where the staff were heavily criticized for their actions and a mass exodus out of the server started, most notably to a server called The Editor Lounge (TEL).

Major members of the Main Chat subcommunity, most notably Quil and AZ, also had an exodus to the MooseSMP Discord server.

For a few months, due to the lack of many core members of both the Rolling Sky Chat and Main Chat subcommunities, the server's activity decreased by a large amount.
