- Scarlette is the figure on Dance of Death's backgrounds.
- She also made another unused cameo on CUNC game files. The background666 was likely a message from her.
- This level tells the hidden lore of Scarlette that she was told by mysterious voices to become a psycho. The first four words spoken on the Midnight Carnival (Purple) theme "Kill, freak. Die, creep." are very related to her.
