LEVELWAVE NEO (formerly L E V E L W A V E N E O ) is a community project started by AZMindroma in November 2021. It is the sequel of LEVELWAVE. This project, just like its predecessor, is a montage of staged screenshots from Rolling Lounge where users complained about wanting a new Rolling Sky level to come out. The video uses GosT - Behemoth as its soundtrack.

History & Context
Due to the success of the LEVELWAVE project and the community pride resulting from it, AZMindroma had decided to continue the project, allowing more submissions to be written. At first, this was called "F R E E W A V E". The goal of this was to be able to do a full coverage of the song. AZ had estimated that about 550 screenshots would be needed to accomplish this.

On November 8th, 2021, the #levelwave channel was reopened. Submissions were collected until July 9th, 2022, when more than enough submissions were collected (1129 messages). This excess amount of messages allowed for a broader ability to shape the video.

Video details
The uploaded video is 5:09 minutes long.
Intro: 0:00 - 0:23
In the gray and black intro scene, a low-detail 3-layered cityscape scrolls through the screen, with occasional pillars passing by the front. Among the scene are messages by Rolling Lounge members flying from one edge of the screen to another. Finally, the scene halts, a red Rolling Lounge logo appears and flies into the screen, starting the first scene.
First scene: 0:23 - 1:43
In this scene, messages from the original LEVELWAVE video are shown, in sync to the soundtrack.
The backgrounds are initially the 2 background themes of Monster City with a burning effect, then a Monster City gameplay recorded by Pinkio.

The sub-scene in which the music slows, but speeds up again, has a background of the levelwave channel being scrolled through; This also gets faster as the music speeds up. Until the end of the scene, a distorted image of Monster Chorus, provided by CentiCodes, is the background.
NEO: 1:43 - 2:30 & 3:00 - 3:45
NEO starts with the text "NEO" filling the screen and the video flashing red. This marks the part where the video uses screenshots posted after November 8th, 2021, expanding LEVELWAVE into LEVELWAVE NEO. The background here is initially a red flashing of the black background, then a gameplay of Volcano. The background keeps distorting until the end of the first part of the scene.

The second part of the scene has a red stock background and subsequentially a gameplay of Sky.
Fast scrolls: 2:30 - 3:00 & 3:45 - 4:00
These scenes feature a large amount of messages in a short time; during the fast parts, every frame is one screenshot. The final fast part has the classical transition effect, amplifying its intensity. This scene was used to give submissions that didn't fit into the video a place, given there were more submissions than slots for screenshots.
Ending: 4:00 - 5:08
The ending starts with a static transitioning into a parody video made by CentiCodes in where a video of John Cena speaking Chinese has fake subtitles of anti-Cheetah Mobile statements. After that, another static appears and the video ends.

Relation to Flower of Reality
The ending scene features a link hidden in the static, leading to a server called "SLASHERGATE". This server has been used to start the Flower of Reality event.
